Stollen time, Christmas time… I made a stollen with a german recipe and my german is a bit rusty , the ingredients are a bit different, so it is a bit an adaptation. I finished cooking it at 11 pm, yes it cooks a long time …so I forgot the powdering sugar on top !  It is good anyway and we did not wait a couple of days as recommended to test it. I will add the sugar later if there is still some stollen left.
